I’d like to share
some exciting news. Restaino & Associates has joined the Realogy group,
and more specifically, the ERA Powered family.
ERA is quite
different from other franchises, by offering a Powered By option,
Restaino & Associates gains the ability to leverage the power and
technology of a national brand, while keeping our familiar community
presence, identity, and autonomy. There are only 13 ERA Powered
companies in the country at this time, and we are proud to be in their
exclusive club.
Restaino &
Associates did not sell the company, or any part of it. Decisions will
continue to be made right here in Madison, and our brand identity and
corporate culture will not change. All franchise fees charged by
ERA are being absorbed by our brokerage and will not be passed on to Restaino
& Associates agents.
I’m incredibly
excited about the growth opportunities this affiliation will provide to the
company and the real estate business in Madison.

continuing to work with all of you in the years ahead.
