REAL ESTATE MARKET LOOKS TO KEEP SPRINGING AHEAD

Traditionally, sellers have waited until late spring to list a property. This year could very likely be different though, because of the mild winter. In 2016, we have seen an upswing in sellers listing before the late-spring curve which has increased their exposure to buyers in the market. And numbers don't lie. In February, total existing-home sales nationally came in at 5.08 million. That's a 2.2% increase over last year because sellers listed early.

When all is said, this spring seems like a perfect opportunity to assist both buyers and sellers reap the benefits of working with a real estate professional in the current super low interest rate environment. And by now, you have heard that the Madison Real Estate Market is CRAZY!  Low inventory, Seller's market, lots of Buyer's, multiple offers, you get the picture.  Probably best to work with a professional who can help navigate the process whether you are buying or selling.  Give me a call, I'm happy to help!
