The 2013 Real Estate market closed with a bang!  Buyers nervous about the threat of rising interest rates didn’t wait to find out if - or when - they would begin to escalate.  On the near west side of Madison, 33 homes sold between November 27 and the 20th of December last year.  Here’s a list of what sold:
